[Ongoing Diploma and Bachelor Degree] Kaltim Tuntas Scholarship Program 2021, Indonesia



The East Kalimantan Provincial Government will open the Kaltim Tuntas and Stimulan Scholarship (BKTS) in March 2020 which will be divided into 3 categories, namely general scholarships, special scholarships, and cooperation scholarships.

Reporting from the official website of kaltimtuntas.id, here are the terms and conditions for receiving the Kaltim Tuntas scholarship that you must know:

Target Recipients of Scholarships
  • Students who have Identification Number (NIK) for East Kalimantan who are pursuing tertiary education.
  • Students specifically sent by the Regional Government to pursue Higher Education.
Period of Time
  • Scholarships are awarded at the same time or in stages, with the allocation of aid varies according to level of education, type of education, place of higher education or according to the cooperation agreement and budget availability.
  • Scholarships are given the longest:
    • Diploma I, maximum 1 (one) year
    • Diploma II is a maximum of 2 (two) years
    • Diploma II is a maximum of 3 (three) years.
    • Diploma IV is a maximum of 4 (four) years.
    • Strata 1 (one) maximum of 4 (Four) years.
    • Strata 2 (two) maximum 2 (two) years.
    • Strata 3 (three) maximum of 4 (four) years.
    • Russian Railway S1 and S2 students are a maximum of 6 (six) years.


Requirement:
1. General Scholarship
General scholarships are assistance given to East Kalimantan students based on academic and non-academic achievements.
  • Academic achievement
    • Registered as an active Student marked with a Student Card accompanied by an Active Certificate of Study and Study Plan Card (KRS) that is running, at the College that obtains an official permit for conducting a study program with a minimum B accreditation from BAN PT / Ministry of Research and Technology of Higher Education / Ministry of Education National Education or Higher Education abroad which is recognized by the Ministry of National Education, and is not a distance education or distance class, except Open University (UT).
    • Attach a copy of the Certificate of National Examination Results which has an average of at least 6.00 (for semester I students)
    • Submit a copy of academic transcript with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (for semester 2 students and above)
    • For those who are currently serving as State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) or private institutions must sign an agreement on paper stamped sufficiently to return to service to the institution / institution of origin.
    • Attach a photocopy of the active bank account book with the name of the account holder that is the same as the name of the recipient of the scholarship according to his identity card.
    • Enclosing a stamped statement is sufficient not to receive scholarships from other sources, both the Government (central and regional), other State Governments as well as domestic and foreign private sector, except scholarships which are joint funding.
    • Attach proof of payment of UKT (Single Tuition) or SPP (Educational Development Donations) for students who are studying.
    • Fill out the scholarship form through the scholarship page
    • Complete the required documents on the form in accordance with the provisions.
  • Non Academic Achievement (National and International Awards)
    • Complete the non-academic achievement scholarship registration requirements as stipulated in the general scholarship requirements for the academic value category.
    • Attach a copy of National and / or International Certificate / Charter / Award level of 1st, 2nd and 3rd champion category, obtained during high school / equivalent or last 2 years education
2. Special scholarships 
Special scholarships are assistance given to East Kalimantan Students categorized as: poor, people with disabilities and special needs, coming from the outermost, remote, isolated (3T) areas, veterans' children / grandchildren, children victims of domestic violence, memorizing scriptures / the Qur'an 'an (Hafidz / hafidzoh 30 Juz), 

  • Poor
    • Complete the poor scholarship registration requirements as stipulated in the general scholarship requirements for the academic value category
    • Submit a copy of the program keluarga harapan (PKH) participant card or certificate of poor from the Village / Lurah / Camat.
  • Disability and special needs
    • Complete the requirements for registering for a Disability scholarship and having special needs as stipulated in the general scholarship requirements for the academic value category
    • Submit a copy of certificate of disability from the authorized institution.
  • Originating from the interior, remote, outermost, and isolated (3T)
    • Completing the scholarship registration requirements for students coming from the remote, remote, outermost, and isolated (3T) as stipulated in the general scholarship requirements of the academic value category
    • Attach a copy of statement stating that it originates from the interior, is remote, outermost and is isolated from the Village Head or other designation.
  • Veteran Children / Grandchildren
    • Completing scholarship registration requirements for Veterans' Children / Grandchildren students as stipulated in the general scholarship requirements for the academic value category
    • Submit a veteran child's or grandchild's certificate from the local veteran legion.
  • Child Victims of Domestic Violence (Domestic Violence)
    • Completing the scholarship registration requirements for students of Children Victims of Domestic Violence (Domestic Violence) as stipulated in the general scholarship requirements of the academic value category
    • Submit Certificate from the Department of Population, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DKP3A) of East Kalimantan Province
  • Memorizers of the Holy Qur'an (Hafidz / hafidzoh 30 Juz)
    • Completing scholarship registration requirements for students memorizing the Holy Qur'an (Hafidz / hafidzoh 30 Juz) as stipulated in the general scholarship requirements for the academic value category
    • Submit a copy of certificate / shahadah from relevant institutions and legalized the Provincial and Regency / City Ulema Council of Indonesia (MUI).
  • Cooperation scholarships
    • are given to students who are studying in a study program in collaboration between the Government of the Province of East Kalimantan and Universities
    • Registered as active students, marked with a Student Card accompanied by an Active Certificate of Lecture at the cooperating tertiary institution.\
    • Selection is carried out by the relevant tertiary institution.
    • Attach a photocopy of the active account book with the name of the bank account holder that is the same as the name of the scholarship recipient according to his identity card.
    • Enclosing a stamped statement is sufficient not to receive scholarships from other sources, both the government (central and regional), other national governments and private domestic and foreign, except for scholarships that are joint funding.
    • Fill out the scholarship form through the scholarship page at kaltimtuntas.id
    • All required documents in the form of a copy must be legalized by the authorized official.
    • Complete the required documents on the form in accordance with the provisions.
