The Ministry of Communication and Informatics opens a no-degree education program entitled 'Digital Talent Scholarship' or intensive training scholarship to prepare human resources in supporting digital transformation in Indonesia towards Industry 4.0 and improving the digital economy.
This scholarship is managed by the HR Research and Development Agency Ministry of Communication and Information in collaboration with 28 Universities and 22 Polytechnics in Indonesia as the host and provider of teaching staff.
Scholarships will be divided into 4 programs, including:

Digital Talent Scholarship Academies
- Vocational School Graduate Academy (VSGA)
- Fresh Graduate Academy (FGA)
- Coding Teacher Academy (CTA)
- Online Academy (OA)
Right Obligation:
- For the purpose of helping expedite the training process, each participant is expected to read information and understand about the DTS 2019 Program Participants' Rights and Obligations, as follows:
- Rights of Participants
- Participate in training programs according to the theme and location chosen when registering;
- Asking questions to universities, implementing agencies, or implementing partners for training on matters related to training materials;
- Receiving Digital Certificates as proof of having attended training and / or Competency Certificates according to the training theme followed;
- Following the Post Training Program if it is deemed to meet the specified requirements;
- For FGA and VSGA trainees each has the right to receive; (1) Kit Seminar; (2) Substitute of local transport money of Rp. 750,000 / month (Seven hundred fifty thousand rupiahs) to be delivered at the end of the training according to the provisions, and (3) Obtain access to certain facilities during training, such as libraries and internet networks / wifi.
- CTA training participants are entitled to receive; (1) Kit Seminar; (2) pocket money and transportation costs to be delivered at the end of the training according to the provisions; (3) Accommodation in the form of accommodation during training; (4) Get access to certain facilities during training, such as libraries and internet / wifi networks.
- Obligations of Participants:
- Obey all rules that have been determined by the college, implementing agency, or training implementing partner where he is registered as a participant;
- Following all training activities according to a predetermined schedule;
- Fill in the Question List (Questionnaire) in Monitoring and Evaluation activities;
- Undergoing a Personality Test to be able to attend the Post Training Program;
- Be honest and responsible as a participant in the 2019 Digital Talent Scholarship Program at the Ministry of Communication and Information. In the event that a violation of the obligations of the participant is found, the participant is willing to be prosecuted in accordance with the applicable laws.

Vocational School Grade Academy (VSGA)
- Indonesian citizens
- A maximum age of 29 years when registering
- Graduated from Vocational Education (SMK)
- Not Getting a Permanent Job / Ever Working but not working in the mean time
- Pass Administration Selection and Substance Test
- Scan of KTP
- Scan of the SMK diploma in the front page or pass certificate in 1 file in PDF format
- Approved the 2019 DTS Participant Statement
- Agree to the DTS 2019 Terms and Conditions
- Approved the 2019 DTS Code of Conduct
- Able to carry a laptop with certain specifications according to the requirements in each training theme
Fresh Graduate Academy
- Indonesian citizens
- A maximum age of 29 years when registering
- Graduated from D3, D4, or Strata-1 level related related in the field of ICT and Mathematics
- Not Getting a Permanent Job / Ever Working but not working
- Pass Administration Selection and Substance Test
- Open for people with disabilities: Netra (Sebelas Maret University), Deaf & Daksa (Universitas Brawijaya)
- Scan KTP
- Scan Diploma D3, D4 or Strata-1 / Certificate of Graduation and Value Transcript in 1 file in PDF format
- Approved the 2019 DTS Participant Statement
- Agree to the DTS 2019 Terms and Conditions
- Approved the 2019 DTS Code of Conduct
- Able to carry a laptop with certain specifications according to the requirements in each training theme
- Indonesian citizens
- Maximum age of 45 years when registering
- Vocational / High School / Madrasah Aliyah / SMALB teachers who teach in the field of ICT (Open to PNS and Non-PNS Teachers)
- Get recommendations from the Principal where to teach
- Pass Selection - Administration and Substance

- Scan a Letter of Recommendation from the Principal
- Scan SK Teaching

- Able to prepare a laptop with the following specifications: Minimum 2 GB RAM, Laptop with 32/64-bit processor, Laptop with Operating System Windows 7,8,10, Linux, or MAC OSX, Laptop with WiFi connectivity and has a webcam
- Willing to take part in face-to-face training between 1-5 July 2019 or 8-12 July 2019 or 15-19 July 2019
Online Academy
- Indonesian citizens
- Pass Administration and Substance Selection
- Especially for the Digital Policy Training Theme, participants are ASN Participants in Primary High School Training (PIM II)
- Scan KTP or Family Card
- Approved the 2019 DTS Participant Statement
- Agree to the DTS 2019 Terms and Conditions
- Approved the 2019 DTS Code of Conduct
- Able to prepare a laptop or desktop / PC with certain specifications according to the requirements in each training theme
