RECIPIENT OF THE DJARUM BEASISWA PLUS PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 2025/2026

Since 1984, Djarum Foundation has consistently contributed to the advancement of education in Indonesia. This initiative began with the awareness that education is one of the key efforts to improve the welfare of society and the nation in building a better future. Djarum Foundation actively supports the development of education in Indonesia through a merit-based scholarship program known as Djarum Beasiswa Plus, aimed at high-achieving university students across the country.

The Djarum Beasiswa Plus program offers merit-based scholarships to students from various disciplines who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Strata 1) or a Diploma 4 program at public or private universities that have established a partnership with Djarum Foundation.

Benefit:

  • IDR 1,000,000 per month for a duration of one year.
  • The soft skills training provided includes:

·       Leadership Development

·       Notion Building

·       Competition Challenges

·       International Exposure

·       Community Empowerment

Registration Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in the fourth semester of a Bachelor's degree (Strata 1) or Diploma 4 program from any field of study.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.00 in the third semester and able to maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 until the end of the fourth semester.
  • Actively involved in organizational activities, both on and off campus.
  • Not currently receiving any other scholarship from another party.
  • Enrolled at a partner university of the Djarum Beasiswa Plus Program.

Administrative Requirements for Registration Documents:

  • A scanned recent color photograph (4 x 6 cm) wearing a university blazer. File format: JPG or PNG, maximum size: 500 KB.
  • A scanned copy of the Student Identity Card (KTM). File format: JPG or PNG, maximum size: 500 KB.
  • A scanned copy of the National Identity Card (KTP). File format: JPG or PNG, maximum size: 500 KB.
  • A scanned copy of the academic transcript up to the third semester, showing a GPA that has been officially validated by the university authority. File format: PDF, maximum size: 1 MB.
  • A scanned copy of certificates or letters of active participation in organizations and/or committee involvement and/or achievement certificates. File format: PDF, maximum size: 1 MB.
  • A scanned letter from the university stating that the applicant is not currently receiving a scholarship from any other party (e.g., for applicants in 2025, this applies to the period from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026). File format: PDF, maximum size: 500 KB.

How To Apply:

  • First, applicants must register online and complete the application form through the official website link HERE.
  • Applicants will receive a confirmation email after fully completing the online application form.
  • Those who pass the administrative selection will receive an invitation to take a written test from Djarum Beasiswa Plus via email.
  • The written test will be conducted online.
  • Applicants who pass the written test will be invited for an interview.
  • The announcement of the Djarum Beasiswa Plus recipients will be available on the official website djarumbeasiswaplus.org.
