[New and Ongoing Bachelor Student] PTN Scholarships Program by the Surabaya Government 2019-2020, Indonesia

The Surabaya City government, through the Surabaya City Education Office, facilitated many of its citizens, especially those from disadvantaged families, to continue their education to a higher level. In addition to the D1 and D3 Scholarships at the Ubaya Polytechnic, the Surabaya City Government also opened PTN Lecture Scholarship registration in Surabaya.

Requirement:

Especially for residents of Surabaya City (according to KK and KTP)
Already received or has studied at the target PTN
Never been married
Good behavior and healthy body
Coming from poor families

Document Required:

Registration form for New Student Candidates (DOWNLOAD) or
Registration Form for On-Going Students (DOWNLOAD).
Health Certificate from the puskesmas or government doctor.
Unable Certificate (SKTM) from the Kelurahan.
A statement has never been married.
Self photo size 3 × 4 (2 sheets).
Evidence has been received or has studied at PTN Surabaya.
Copy of diploma or certificate of graduation.
Copy of Birth Certificate.
A copy of the parent and participant's ID card.
Copy of Family Card.
Copy of Student Card / Certificate of Active Student and KHS (for participants who are studying).
