Eligibility Criteria

  • Two Essays (750 Words Combined) Applicants must submit two essays:

  • Statement of Purpose (500 Words) Clearly explain your academic and professional goals, why you are applying to Schwarzman Scholars, and how the program aligns with your career aspirations.
  • Letters of Recommendation (3 Required) Three professional or academic referees should submit letters highlighting your leadership potential, academic strengths, and personal character.
  • Online Application Form Complete the official Schwarzman Scholars online application accurately, including personal details, education history, and extracurricular involvement.
  • Resume/Curriculum Vitae (Maximum 2 Pages) Provide a well-organized resume that outlines your academic qualifications, leadership experiences, internships, jobs, volunteer work, and other relevant achievements.
  • Academic Transcripts Official transcripts from all degree-granting institutions are required. If transcripts are not in English, a certified translation must be provided.
  • Video Introduction (Optional but Strongly Recommended) Submit a short video (1 minute max) introducing yourself to the selection committee. This is a chance to show personality and communication skills.
