BAZNAS Cendekia Domestic Scholarship Program 2025

 

BAZNAS Cendekia Scholarship Program (BCB) is a scholarship program from BAZNAS intended for undergraduate (S1) students starting from the 5th semester, from various fields of study (with priority given to STEM), with the aim of supporting continued higher education and improving the quality of human resources towards Golden Indonesia 2045. The program includes funding for education, research expenses, achievement grants, and coaching, provided for 4 semesters (2 years), while guidance from campus mentors is given periodically.

The scholarship is awarded to students from BAZNAS partner campuses. The BAZNAS Cendekia Scholarship is intended for undergraduate (S1) or diploma (D4) students in their 5th semester of a regular program at 133 BAZNAS partner campuses, as evidenced by the Study Plan Card (KRS) for Semester 5 or the Academic Transcript (KHS) for Semester 4.

Benefits of the BAZNAS Cendekia Scholarship (BCB):

1. Educational Funding Support

• Recipients will receive direct tuition fee (UKT/SPP) assistance paid to the university based on the actual billed amount.
• If the tuition fee exceeds IDR 4,000,000 per semester, the scholarship will cover up to a maximum of IDR 4,000,000 per semester.
• This financial support is provided for 4 semesters (2 years).

2. Personal Development and Training Program

• Scholarship recipients will participate in various development programs, training sessions, and enrichment activities focused on soft skills and spiritual growth.

Required Documents and Eligibility Criteria:

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI)

2. Undergraduate (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) students in their 5th semester of a regular program at one of BAZNAS's 133 partner universities, as evidenced by the 5th semester Study Plan Card (KRS) or the 4th semester Academic Transcript (KHS).

3. Priority is given to students majoring in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

4. Must meet one of the following special categories:

• Achievement Category: Has national and/or international achievements (preferably those registered in the National Talent Management (MIN) database, Bappenas RI, and the National Achievement Center - Puspresnas, Ministry of Education) within the last 2 years.
• Activist Category: Actively involved in student organizations (at least at the department level) or community-based youth organizations within the last 2 years.
• Disability Category: For students with physical, intellectual, mental, sensory, multiple, or other disabilities, proven with a medical certificate.

5. Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale)

6. Complete the required documents:

• Recent colored passport-sized photo
• National ID Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK)
• Most recent academic transcript (GPA)
• Recommendation letter from a community leader or BAZNAS at the city/regency level (choose one)
• Declaration letter
• Completion of the BAZNAS Cendekia Scholarship Participant Agreement (Akad)
• Essay on the topic: "My Contribution as a Zakat Generation"
