[Elementary, Middle, High School] Baraya Salman Scholarship 2019/2020 (For Indonesian)

Baraya Salman Scholarship is a character education and coaching scholarship program for elementary, junior high, high school / equivalent children in the Bandung Raya area and Jatinangor in instilling motivation to achieve goals.

There is 2 type of Scholarship:

• Regular Scholarship; and
• Yatim Scholarship

Benefit:

• Education funding assistance every month is as follows:
• Rp. 200,000 for elementary school
• Rp. 250,000 for junior high school
• Rp. 300,000 for high school
• character building and self development

1. Regular Scholarship
Character education and coaching scholarship programs for elementary, junior high, high school / equivalent Bandung Raya and Jatinangor children in instilling motivation to achieve goals.

Requirements:

• Students in grade 1 elementary school up to grade 12 high school / vocational / MA / equivalent
• Domiciled and attended school in Greater Bandung (Bandung City, Bandung Regency, West Bandung Regency, Cimahi City) or Jatinangor
• Committed to attend coaching every month
• Register on this online form or print form available at Salman's Charity office
• Photograph of a red or blue background color of a 4x6 student as much as 1 sheet
• Photocopy / Scan of Family Card
• Photocopy / Scan of KTP of both parents / guardians
• Photocopy / Scan of Not Affordable Certificate from the local Village / Village that is still valid
• Letter of recommendation from the school (letter format can be downloaded at bit.ly/best recommendation2019 or can be taken at Amal Salman's House office)
• Photocopy / Scan Report Card for the last 3 semesters (specifically for grade 1 elementary school, 7 junior high school and 10th grade high school enough for the last 1 semester)
• Not currently receiving another scholarship (agency, institution or individual)
• Photocopy / Scan of academic / non-academic achievement certificates (if any)

 

2. Yatim Scholarship

Character education and coaching scholarship programs for elementary, junior high, high school / equivalent children in the city of Bandung in instilling motivation to achieve goals.

Requirements:

• Students in grade 1 elementary school up to grade 12 high school / vocational / MA / equivalent
• Domiciled and attended school in the city of Bandung
• Committed to attend coaching every month
• Register on this online form or print form available at Salman's Charity office
• Photograph of a red or blue background color of a 4x6 student as much as 1 sheet
• Photocopy / Scan of Family Card
• Photocopy / Scan of KTP of both parents / guardians
• Photocopy / Scan of Not Affordable Certificate from the local Village / Village that is still valid
• Letter of recommendation from the school (letter format can be downloaded at bit.ly/best recommendation2019 or can be taken at Amal Salman's House office)
• Photocopy / Scan of the last 3 semester report cards (for grade 1 elementary and 7 junior high school only 1 semester)
• Not currently receiving another scholarship (agency, institution or individual)
• Photocopy / Scan of academic / non-academic achievement certificates (if any)
• Statement of father's death

• Registration and collection of completeness files is open until April 2, 2019, at 23:59 WIB.
