Summer Camp - International Elite Programme 2019, Hongkong (Scholarship Available)



The 4-day International Elite Programme offers secondary-school studentsthe opportunity to build leadership skills, develop cultural awareness, andthrive in professional life. Through the programme, students will be able towiden their perspectives about urgent global and intercultural issues, aswell as develop the most needed 21st-century skills while making friendswith youth leaders and international friends. Students will learn to createprofessional profiles with cover letters and CV, and explore potentialcareer possibilities and life options, and gain valuable insights that canenhance their understanding of Liberal Studies.

Highlights
  • Camp-style Experiences
    This year iEP programme will be held in the Stewards High Rock Centre. Participants and trainers will develop strong mutual bonding, understandings, and extraordinary friendship through four days of living, studying, and team-building activities (bbq, camp fire)
  • Self-exploration and 21st-century skills
    The programme allows participants to rethink and explore their personal interests and career vision while developing the most essential skills in the 21st centuries, such as interpersonal, public speaking, career-related, and design thinking skills.
  • Networking with Youth Leaders
    The programme offers participants the opportunity to network and connect with other inspiring youth leaders in Hong Kong, as well as exchange culture with international guests and youths
Requirement:
Targets: Secondary school students (F.2-F.6/Grade 8-12) (both Hong Kong and international)

Program Fee:
  • Fees: HKD 4560 (full price)
  • Early bird 10% discount (apply before June 10) - HKD 4180
  • Apply with a friend:
    • (before June 10) 10+10% discount - HKD 3800 
    • (after June 10) 10% discount - HKD 4180

(Cost includes group insurance, accommodation, and meals,but does not include transportation fees, flights and travel insurance for international students, and miscellaneous) 

Scholarships:

Applicants may choose to apply for a scholarship of 1000 HKD (optional) during the application process.Scholarship applicants must provide either a teacher's recommendation or an essay (500-1000 words)responding to the following prompt alongside with their application by June 10. An interview might be scheduled in order to assist ICE in determining shortlisted candidates.
