[All Degree] "Beasiswa Unggulan" Scholarship Program (For Indonesian) 2019/20



The Beasiswa Unggulan Program provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture is intended to support efforts to improve the quality of Indonesia's human resources through the provision of education and training assistance through both degree and non-degree channels. In accordance with the duties and functions of the Ministry of Education and Culture, this program is prioritized to support efforts to improve the quality of education and culture so that those funded are prioritized for fields relevant to the development of education and culture. The Beasiswa Unggulan Program also supports the Government's efforts in reducing the gap in educational performance among community groups, so that the program also provides greater opportunities for the poor and / or those living in disadvantaged areas.

Beasiswa Unggulan Masyarakat Berprestasi
Beasiswa Unggulan Masyarakat Berprestasi are domestic scholarships for S1, S2 and S3 levels.
Beasiswa Unggulan Masyarakat Berprestasi can be attended by prospective students who already have a letter received in college and students who have conducted lectures in the maximum semester 2 when registering.
Beasiswa Unggulan Masyarakat Berprestasi, aimed at the community who excel in all fields and are not prioritized for lecturers.

Field of Study Priority:

Based on the NAWACITA priority program, the duties and functions of the Ministry of Education and Culture, in 2018 the Beasiswa Unggulan give priority to the scientific fields as follows:
  • Education (PAUD Education, PGSD Education),
  • Curriculum and pedagogy,
  • Education Management and Policy,
  • Film,
  • Performing Arts,
  • Music Art,
  • Culture,
  • Library,
  • Archeology (Museum),
  • Information Technology,
  • Public policy,
  • Tourism
  • Creative Industry,
  • Food Technology,
  • MIPA,
  • Maritime,
  • Agriculture, and
  • Energy.

2. Beasiswa Unggulan Pegawai Kemendikbud

Beasiswa Unggulan Pegawai Kemendikbud is the provision of scholarships to civil servants in the Ministry of Education and Culture to continue their Masters or Doctoral education at home or abroad through the mechanism of learning assignments.
This Scholarship Program can be implemented individually which is proposed by the main unit or is collective based on the needs of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

For teachers, please register for the Outstanding Community Scholarship. This scholarship cannot be attended by on-going student employees.

3. Beasiswa Unggulan 3T 
The 3T Featured Scholarship is a scholarship intended for students from the 3T region in accordance with the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 131 of 2015 concerning the Determination of Disadvantaged Regions in 2015-2019. (List of Regions 3T).
The 3T Featured Scholarship is used to continue studies at the Undergraduate (S1), Masters (S2), and / or Doctoral (S3) levels of higher education with a minimum B accreditation.
