The International Marketing Division of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited or OR has organized an ASEAN camp program, OR Seeding the Future ASEAN Camp 2019 5th Anniversary: Digital Aspiration for the fifth year. The camp program opens for undergraduate students studying in Thailand or in their own countries in AEC which are Philippines, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Myanmar. where PTTOR has operated its business. In order to get recruited for the camp, interested students are requested to send a video introducing yourself and expressing your ideas to respond to the questions asked. The program aims to fulfill OR’s policies and strategies in expanding into foreign countries, being a regional top brand, building the community relations in the areas in order to create stronger relationships and deeper understanding about OR business, generating OR brand engagement as well as connecting the related brands in the group (namely PTT Station, Café Amazon, Jiffy, Texas Chicken, PTT Fit Auto, etc.) to its customers, providing education and career opportunities, paying part-time jobs, or internship programs, and supporting a potential youth network in AEC which will be developed into potential human resources network in the future.

- To provide the camp participants business knowledge and impression as well as to create a good image of OR’ subsidiaries in promoting potential of youth in ASEAN.
- To build PTT brand engagement among AEC youths as OR Ambassadors in ASEAN who will present OR good image to public as well as broaden their experiences gained during the camp for further benefits to themselves and other people.
- To create networking and human resources network which will be beneficial for business operations of OR and its overseas subsidiaries for a long term
- To provide camp participants knowledge about business management and marketing as well as technology, and to give them an opportunity to learn how to work with a leading international company and be able to make friends with colleagues of different nationalities, languages and religions
- To develop youth potential in terms of ways of thinking, emotional intelligence and personality, and to coach them to be responsible, disciplined, hard-working, patient, open-minded, flexible, and be open to new opportunities in life.
Target Participants
Undergraduate students from the countries in AEC in which OR has operated its business (Thai, Pilipino, Cambodian, Laos, and Myanmar students) who are now studying in a university in their own countries or in Thailand, and also earn good grades and have good behaviors.
Camp Activity Venues The activities will be conducted the following places:
1. PTT Head Office in Bangkok
2. PTT Oil Business Academy (PTT OBA) in Amphoe Wang Noi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya
3. Amazon Inspiring Campus (AICA) in Amphoe Wang Noi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya
4. PTT Training and Operations Center at Kao-Boe-ya Oil Terminal in Chonburi province
5. PTT’s Wang Chan Forest Project in Amphoe Wang Chan, Rayong province
6. Harumiki Strawberry farm - Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhon Herbal Garden in Amphoe Phanat Nikhom, Chonburi province
7. Map Ta Phut Port and LNG Terminal in Rayong
8. Other locations considered

- 1. Be an undergraduate student majoring in Business, Engineering or any other related international programs or a Thai program undergraduate who has a good command of English
- 2. Be an undergraduate student aged between 18-23 years old
- 3. Be a citizen of Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, or the Philippines
- 4. Be an undergraduate student who is now studying in universities in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, or the Philippines
- 5. Submit your application video link (120 second maximum) which includes
- 5.1 Your contact information such as full name, nationality, phone number, email address etc.
- 5.2 Your current educational information (faculty, university, and host country)
- 5.3 Your answers / opinions for the following questions:
- 5.3.1 Why do you want to join this camp?
- 5.3.2 As a new age leader, how will you apply digital to marketing?'

Selection Process The committee will select 50 from all participants, and will be categorized them into two group as follows:
- 1. Twenty-six participants studying in universities in Thailand – This group includes
- a. Ten Thai participants (selected by the OR selection committee in Thailand)
- b. Four Philippine participants (selected by OR selection committee in Thailand and the Philippines)
- c. Four Cambodian participants (selected by OR selection committee in Thailand and Cambodia)
- d. Four Laotian participants (selected by OR selection committee in Thailand and Loa PDR)
- e. Four Burmese participants (selected by OR selection committee in Thailand and Myanmar)
- 2. Twenty-four participants studying in universities in the Philippines, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Myanmar- This group includes
- a. Six Philippine participants (selected by OR selection committee in the Philippines)
- b. Six Cambodian participants (selected by OR selection committee in Cambodia)
- c. Six Laotian participants (selected by OR selection committee in Lao PDR)
- d. Six Burmese participants (selected by OR selection committee in the Myanmar)
Selected Participants
The 50 selected participants will be awarded round-trip air tickets from their hometown to Bangkok including food, accommodation and individual/group accident insurance (covering any accidents that may occur during the camp participation) to join “OR Seeding the Future ASEAN Camp 2019” between 3rd to 9th November 2019 (six nights seven days fully-funded camp program).
