Vlog Competition of Magister Public Administration FISIPOL UGM 2019, Indonesia (Win total IDR 22.5 millions)

MAP FISIPOL UGM held a vlog making competition. The objectives of the vlog competition include:
  • Provide a visual picture of the conditions and process of public service in government offices
  • Shows the reality of inefficiency in public services
  • Describe various weaknesses and bureaucratism in public services
  • Describing bureaucratic pathology (bribery, low employee work ethic, corrupt official culture, disorderly queues of users, insensitivity to the poor and so on).

Prize Champion:
  • 1st Winner Cash Rp. 10,000,000
  • 2nd Place Cash Rp. 7,500,000, -
  • 3rd Place Cash Rp. 5,000,000 

The provisions of the competition are as follows:

Theme:The theme of this vlog making competition is public service at the Government Office

Location:
Public service offices such as the Immigration Office, Office of One-Stop Single Administration System (SAMSAT), Licensing Service, Puskesmas, Government-owned Hospitals, School Registration, Tax Service Offices, District Offices, Village / Village Offices, and so on.

ParticipantsThis vlog competition is open to the public.

Terms:
  • Vlog contestants fill out the form at ugm.id/LombaVlogMAP
  • The competition is open to the general public both individually and in groups
  • Vlog Specifications:
    • a. Format .mp4, .mov, .avi, or .flv;
    • b. Minimum resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels; and
    • c.Duration between 5-7 minutes.
  • Vlogs do not contain SARA and pornography
  • Participants can only send 1 vlog.
  • Vlogs sent are original personal / group works and participants must be fully responsible for the submitted work.
  • Vlog has never been included in other competitions.
  • The log that is sent belongs to the UGM FISIPOL MAP for academic activities and interests.
  • Participants must fill in the form of willingness to use vlog for academic activities and interests in the form at this link Vlog Contest MAP_26 October 2018.
  • Vlogs are sent via Google Drive with an email subject  “Lomba Vlog MAP FISIPOL UGM_Nama_Judul” to igpa@ugm.ac.id
  • The committee has the right to disqualify the participant's Vlog before and after the judging if it is deemed not to fulfill the conditions.
  • Participants are deemed to have agreed to all the conditions stipulated for the Vlog work sent.
  • The decision of the committee is absolute and cannot be contested.
