Mascot Design Competition of the Indonesian Presidential Museum Hall Kirti 2020 by KEMENDIKBUD, Indonesia


Republic of Indonesia Presidential Museum Balai Kirti is a thematic museum that represents the achievements of the presidents who have carried out their mandate, the presidential institution, and national values ​​as the foundations of Indonesian national identity, through various collections and various activities. In this way the community and students can identify and understand the message of the president and the presidential institution, so that it becomes an inspiration to improve achievements and participate in building the nation.
Therefore, to improve the quality of socialization activities carried out by the Republic of Indonesia Presidential Museum Balai Kirti and to bring museum institutions closer to the public, one of the media needs to be in the form of a mascot of interesting figures and can represent the museum in communicating with the public. So that the existence of the mascot can represent the aspirations of the community, a mascot design contest was held by the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti.

The objectives of this activity are:
  • Increasing public appreciation of the Presidency, both the President as an institution and his Presidential Figure, and the national values ​​of Indonesia;
  • Increasing community participation in optimizing the role of museums as a means of edutainment;
  • Improving the quality of services at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti.
 
Prize:

In this competition all mascot design works will be selected and 5 (five) winners of the competition will be determined with the following prizes:

  • 1st place: Certificate and coaching fee of IDR 10,000,000 (not yet deducted by tax)
  • 2nd Place: Certificate and coaching money in the amount of Rp 7,500,000 (not yet deducted by tax)
  • 3rd place: Certificate and coaching money in the amount of Rp. 5,000,000 (not yet deducted by tax)
  • Hope Champion (2 people): @ Certificate and coaching fee of Rp 2,500,000 (not tax deducted)


Requirements:

  • Participants are the general public aged 18 - 30 years and domiciled in the areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi, as evidenced by an Identity Card (KTP);
  • Participants do not work at the Republic of Indonesia's Presidential Museum Balai Kirti and the Ministry of Education and Culture;
  • Individual contests;
  • Each participant is only allowed to submit 1 mascot design work, complete with a description of the meaning / philosophy of the design;
  • Participants fulfill administrative requirements and fill in the registration form via bit.ly/maskotbalaikirti2020;
  • Attach the originality sheet of the mascot design work signed by the participant on a Rp. 6000 stamp;
