Criteria:
- Non-Saudi
Residency: Applicants
must be non-Saudi nationals residing outside of Saudi Arabia at the time
of application.
- Recognized
Academic Credentials: Candidates
must hold a university degree from an officially accredited institution in
their home country or abroad.
- Strong
Academic Record: A
solid academic background with above-average grades is required for

certificates and transcripts must be authenticated by the Saudi Embassy in

Limit for Master’s Applicants: Candidates applying for a Master’s program should not
