Eligibility Criteria:

Non-Saudi Residency: Applicants must be non-Saudi nationals residing outside of Saudi Arabia at the time of application.
Recognized Academic Credentials: Candidates must hold a university degree from an officially accredited institution in their home country or abroad.
Strong Academic Record: A solid academic background with above-average grades is required for consideration.
Certified Academic Documents: Graduation certificates and transcripts must be authenticated by the Saudi Embassy in the applicant’s country.
Age Limit for Master’s Applicants: Candidates applying for a Master’s program should not be older than 35 years.
Age Limit for PhD Applicants: Those applying for a PhD must be under the age of 40.

Recommendation Letters: Two recommendation letters from former university professors must be submitted as part of the application.
No Prior Expulsion: Applicants must not have been previously expelled or dismissed from any university in Saudi Arabia.
