Indofood Riset Nugraha (further called IRN) is one of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which started from 2006. This activity program is the provision of research funding for undergraduate students (S1) in order to complete their final projects/ thesis.

Through this program, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk have the access to communicate with the higher education and to encourages vision and renewable technology production in food processing through young researchers in various education backgrounds.

Form of the program:
  • Research funding for Undergraduate Students (S1) for public universities/ private universities in order to complete their final projects/ thesis.
  • Specialized research with the theme offered to research institutions/ experts according to the needs and ideas from Indofood.

  • Participants who pass the selection will get research funding assistance tailored to the participant's proposal and research needs

  • IRN Camp for Indofood business introduction, praxis and technical consultation on philosophy, methodology, and other obligations related to the Indofood Nugraha Research program
  • Get direct guidance from the IRN Expert Board
  • The 3 (three) best researchers had the opportunity to take part in exhibitions abroad

Requirement:
Undergraduate Program (S1) Category:
  • Proposals submitted for IRN program MUST BE a part of a final project or thesis. This must be confirmed by attaching a transcript and Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) for the current semester that has been approved by the lecturer.
  • The period of research is for a maximum of 1 year period commencing from when the proposal is approved for research funding (after signing a contract with Indofood.
  • Research must be conducted in Indonesia.
  • Complete curriculum vitae of the researcher and lectures must be submitted, including: Name, Student ID, gender, complete address, phone number/ mobile phone, facsimile and email address.
Special Research Program :
  • This program is specifically intended for Lecturers and Experts and Public and/or Private Research Institutions, which are assigned by the Research and Development (R&D) Division of Indofood together with IRN Team to collaborate on special research programs.
  • Participants can join as an institution or an individual, with the research material that has been decided upon and agreed.
  • Proposal submission can be done after the participants have completed the administrative terms above.
