The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship
Program is offering opportunities for Mid-Career Professionals to improve
their professional abilities by participating in the non-degree program
conducted in the chosen universities located in the United States.
Eligibility Criteria
- Citizens
of Indonesia that are not currently having US citizenship, living or
permanently residing in the United States.
- Citizens
that are considered mid-career professionals in a leadership position,
including journalists, Non-Governmental organizations (NGO) leaders,
policy-makers, administrators, planners, or managers with at least 5 years
of work experience in the field of public or non-profit private sectors,
including NGOs.
- Citizens
with leadership qualities, outstanding academic records, and proficiency
in English proven by at least a TOEFL ITP score of 525, or iBT TOEFL score
of 70/71, or IELTS of 6.0, or Duolingo of 105 or equal
- Citizens
with a bachelor’s degree with a GPA minimum of 2.75 out of 4.0
- Citizens
that are not employees or close family members or dependents of AMINEF’s
staff, the US Embassy, or the US Department of State
- Citizens
that are not currently receiving other scholarships during the scholarship
application period.
- Citizens
that are experienced in community service, demonstrate commitment to their
chosen field of study and ability to accomplish a professional program in
the US.

This scholarship is provided for a
non-degree program at chosen Universities in the United States.

letters of reference in English (or other languages with English
translation) from the supervisor of the current position and professor or
professional mentor or another associate outside the place of employment
- Copy of
identification document (KTP or passport)
- Curriculum
vitae (CV) written in English
- Copy of
academic transcript in the original language and English translation
- Copy of
diploma in original language and English translation
- Copy of
TOEFL ITP/iBT or IELTS or Duolingo test results that are taken less than
two years ago
