Undergraduates, Graduates and Postgraduates Scholarship Program in Austria

The OeAD GmbH is the central service centre for European and international mobility and cooperation programmes in the fields of education, science and research. The OeAD GmbH advises, promotes and provides support to strategic development and provides guidance to implementation measures. It analyses international development and uses this information to form recommendations and measures.

Requirement:

• Could be a student on their Bachelor Thesis
• Could be a student on their Diploma or Master’s Thesis
• The student who are apply to pursue their research
• The people who are a descendent of forced labored.
• A person who are coming from country that have suffered from regime like Nazi, force labor…

Benefits:

• Monthly allowance of 1.050 EUR
• Health Insurance
• Accommodation: students can book their accommodation with the OeAD Housing Office, but scholarship holders might have to pay 18 EUR/month (where the accommodation is paid by the scholarship)
• Travel allowance if you are not from EU, EFTA, EEA or OECD
• Doctoral student must be under the age of 40 years old, and under 30 years old for the other.

• Completed Online Application form “Application for a Scholarship of the Scholarship Foundation of the Republic of Austria” including a CV and a project plan, describing the plans and completed preparatory work for the research stay in Austria
• Two recommendation letters
• Supervisor confirmation (chosen from Austrian university, university of applied sciences or research institution)
• Scanned Passport
• Confirmation of your study in your home country
